Henrik Wenz 34cb05a860 Remove obsolete webpack plugins (#5158)
Since we are now using webpacks `mode` flag we can get rid of:

* `webpack.optimize.ModuleConcatenationPlugin`
* `webpack.DefinePlugin` (`process.env.NODE_ENV`)
