I wrote a [script](https://github.com/j0lv3r4/dependency-version-updater) to update dependencies recursively in `package.json` files, e.g.:
```
$ node index.js --path="./examples" --dependencies="react=^16.7.0,react-dom=^16.7.0"
```
This PR contains the result against the examples folder.
with-socket.io example was using a single index file and was managing connection in there. This would lead handling connection (disconnecting and reconnecting) in each added page.
I updated example with addition of `_app.js` and handled connection in there. This helped only subscribing to event in page and maintaining connection throughout example.
* Examples: clarify language around Yarn create & npx

* suggest people tag jthegedus in firebase related issues

* change READMEs to use UPPERCASE
With a hard coded address on the client, the app no longer works when deploying, which is annoying since there's a handy 'deploy now' button on the readme.
By removing the hard coded address socket.io will connect to the location host automatically so it works both on development and production.
* Add socket.io example

* [update] add deploy to now button
* Fix linting problems
* Fix last missing linting problem
