the statistical methord for fileCount should stay same (#3477) 
the statistical methord for fileCount between should stay same
They all equal to the entry count in .idx file.

Chris Lu 5ce6bbf076 directory structure change to work with glide 
glide has its own requirements. My previous workaround caused me some
code checkin errors. Need to fix this.
