Chris Lu ff66269b62 use grpc to replace http APIs for batch volume id lookup and batch delete 
1. remove batch volume id lookup http API /vol/lookup
2. remove batch delete http API /delete

Chris Lu 5ce6bbf076 directory structure change to work with glide 
glide has its own requirements. My previous workaround caused me some
code checkin errors. Need to fix this.
